We work towards our mission by offering the services below. CyberTek Inc will never do a repair without first giving a diagnostic and an estimate for the repair. We do our best to stay within 15% of any estimate -- the only thing that will affect this is if price of hardware changes.
Computer Diagnostic

Diagnose computer problems and give action plan on preventing and minimizing future issues.
If we do the system repair, this fee is waved.
Expedited Repair
$50*
This is for required same day or next morning turn around. If a customer drops off a system before 12pm Monday through Friday and wants the system returned before 8pm same day, or drop off after 12pm Monday Through Friday and wants system pickup the next morning (before 9am - including Saturdays). This fee must be paid up-front and is non-refundable if a customer changes expedition after services are completed.
Hourly Labor

General labor for non-preset services.
Onsite Fee
Starts at $10*
This is the base fee for onsite services. This is in addition to any service work done. We will serve up to 40 Miles away from Aitkin for onsite booking.
Within City Limits: $10, 0-20 Miles from City Limits: $20, and 20-40 Miles is $40 onsite.
Computer Recycling

Disposal of computer systems. Includes having all storage securely wiped so data cannot be retrieved
Data Backup and Extraction
Starts at $60*
Computer files extracted from a hard drive and stored to a USB 3.0 Thumb drive. Files that are extracted include: Documents, Pictures, Music, Movies, Downloads, and Desktop files. If possible we do also backup bookmarks and passwords.
Harddrive Cloning or Virtualization

This is for systems where harddrives are beginning to fail, but they are not to a spot where they cannot be cloned. This service does a full copy of the drive onto the new storage device so the user doesn't lose any data. This does not include the cost of any hardware. If the user has an old system (such as Windows 7) CyberTek inc can make a virtual drive that can be setup as a virtual computer.
Hard Drive Wiping

Secure hard disk wiping so information isn't able to be recovered
New System Setup

This service is for new systems: remove bloatware, verify system fully updated, install users preferred antivirus, and install up to 4 programs.
OS Cleanup & Optimization

This is best for systems that are running slow and need a little bit of a tune up. Cybertek will go through and remove any bloatware we can find, do full system virus scans, and make sure all temporary files are removed to ensure system is running as good as possible. Note: If any malware is found, the computer owner will be notified of the additional Virus Removal service charge.
Fresh OS Installation

This is typically used for systems where new solid state drives are getting installed where cloning isn't possible. This may also be recommended on systems where virus removal wasn't possible. Before a fresh OS is installed, Cybertek Inc works with the computer owner so expectations are set when the system is returned. No Data backup is provided with this solution.
Full System Refresh

This package includes: Data backup for all documents, pictures, music, and videos. We will try to backup all bookmarks and passwords. If possible CyberTek inc will provide a full list of programs previously installed. The system is returned a fresh installation of the operating system previously loaded on the computer that is fully updated and all backed files are restored onto the system. With this option the system is like it was new out of the box.
Virus Removal

Virus removal for Mac and Windows computer systems. Please make sure if you pay for this service to include the following information: First and Last Name, Address, and email address so a technician can schedule a pickup of your system.
